1. Fees/dues once paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
2. A daily fine will be charged for late fee payments.
3. All fees must be paid only against official receipts of Al-Riaz Academy.
4. Session timings may be changed as per teacher availability.
5. Parents/guardians must attend scheduled meetings for student progress.
6. Misconduct with teachers, staff, or students will not be tolerated.
7. Students must follow a decent dress code.
8. Mobile phone use inside the academy is strictly prohibited.
9. Any damage to academy property will be charged to the student.
10. The academy is not responsible for personal loss, theft, or injury.
11. The administration’s decision shall be final and binding in all cases.

I hereby certify that the information provided is authentic to the best of my knowledge. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of Al-Riaz Academy, and I acknowledge that the administration reserves the right to dismiss students for rule violations without any refund.
