Online Soft Form (available below)
Hard Copy Form (available at academy reception)
Both forms collect the same essential details.
Required Information
Information Required in the Admission Form
To make the admission process quick, we only ask for the necessary details:
Basic details such as full name, date of birth, class applying for, and address.
Father or guardian’s name, contact number, CNIC, and occupation.
Previous class passed, marks, and school name.
Mobile numbers for both the parent and student.
Nursery to 8th, Matric with subject selection, Intermediate groups, and skill-based short courses all available.
Your preferred mode of fee payment.
Agreement to academy rules, attendance policy, and fee policy.
No Documents Required at the Time of Form Submission
We do not ask for any documents during the online or hard copy form filling.
All required documents, if needed, will be requested later during verification.
Fee Information
Regular Classes: Monthly fee collected at the end of the month
Short Courses: Fee collected in advance
Regular students do not pay extra for exam prep or scheduled tests
