We follow a clear set of rules and guidelines to ensure a safe, disciplined, and productive learning environment for all students. These policies help maintain respect, responsibility, and smooth academic operations throughout the year.

1. Attendance Policy

  • Students must maintain regular attendance in all classes.

  • A valid reason must be provided for absences.

  • Frequent absences may affect progress and eligibility for tests.

  • Late arrivals should be minimized to avoid disruption.


2. Fee Policy

  • Tuition fee is paid monthly, at the end of each month.

  • Short course fees are paid in advance at the time of enrollment.

  • A late fee of Rs. 10 per day is charged after the due date.

  • Fee vouchers are issued to all students at the end of each month.

  • Students with financial difficulties may request a fee concession upon verification.

  • If two or more siblings study at the academy, the eldest pays full fee and the others pay half fee.

  • Students of 9th, 10th, 1st year and 2nd year enrolling in 3 or more subjects receive subject based fee concession.


3. Dress Code Policy

Girls’ Dress Code

Classes 9th and 10th:

  • Black gown with navy blue stoller is required.

Classes 6th to 10th:

  • Only shalwar kameez allowed.

  • Not allowed:

    • Pants

    • Trousers

    • Jeans

    • Tight or fashionable clothing

Primary Section (Nursery to 5th):

  • No strict uniform.

  • Any neat, clean, and comfortable dress is acceptable.


4. Classroom Behavior
  • Students must behave respectfully with teachers, staff, and classmates.

  • Use of harsh language, disrespect, or disruptions is not tolerated.

  • Mobile phones are not allowed unless permitted for academic use.

  • Students must keep classrooms clean and follow teacher instructions.


5. Academic Rules
  • Students must complete homework and assignments on time.

  • Participation in weekly, monthly, and scheduled test sessions is mandatory.

  • Cheating, plagiarism, or unfair means during exams is strictly prohibited.

  • Students must bring necessary books, notebooks, and stationery.


6. Discipline Policy
  • Discipline is maintained at all times within the academy premises.

  • Repeated rule violations may lead to warnings or suspension.

  • Parents will be informed in case of serious disciplinary issues.


7. Safety & Security
  • Students should avoid bringing valuables to the academy.

  • Parents must ensure timely pick-up and drop-off for their children.

  • Only authorized persons may pick a student on behalf of parents.


8. Communication Policy
  • To keep parents informed and updated, Al Riaz Academy uses multiple communication channels. All important announcements, alerts, test schedules, fee reminders, and updates are shared through:

9. Admission Policy
  • Admission is granted based on form submission and required information.

    • B Form 

    • Parent or Guardian CNIC number

    • Previous class result card

  • All information must be accurate and verifiable.


10. Withdrawal Policy
  • One month advance notice is required for withdrawal.

  • All dues must be cleared before leaving.


11. Use of Academy Property
  • Students must respect academy furniture, books, and equipment.

  • Any intentional damage must be compensated by the student.
